For the fishery chain’s growth and development to occur sustainably, it is necessary develop solid scientific technological bases that help guarantee quality of this raw material. Analytical results provide one main ways prove these products. In context, developing reference materials for proficiency testing in fish matrix contributes material’s scientific, technological, advancement. This study describes production steps a material destined assays matrix. The covers selection, preparation, homogeneity short-term stability studies simulating transport conditions. were evaluated using Horwitz standard deviation by experience from previous rounds programs, comparisons made between two.
